OK, Who makes it?

I was retrieving some of my .45 ACP brass at a match recently and ended up with some that wasn't mine. I was amused by the headstamp on the brass. It is labelled "CBC". Didn't know they were into manufacturing ammo. LOL. Seriously, I am sure someone knows where this brass comes from. Just curious. What can you tell me about this brass?
