Looks like a really long barrel, and WTF is that tube underneath it? Way too small diameter to be a launcher of some flavor, and doesn't appear to be a flip up bayo a-la SKS...

Integral bipod? Are we looking at a column of DMR marksmen?!? The magazines look rather thick, so maybe a 50-60 round capacity... Some kind of SAW in 7.62x39?!?

They look to me like a North Korean version of the RKPS-74. The buttstock appears to be the same as that of the AKS-74, instead of a typical RPK-style one and the magazines appear to be the quadruple-column type. It's more or less a typical Combloc squad automatic weapon.
