Old .22 and cheap bulk golden bullets.

Took out the old Norinco last week, shot a few groups and plinked the gong at the local range, the JW15a has probably seen over 5000 rounds in it's lifetime, most likely more.
I think it's just getting broken in now. Shoots a pretty tight group still.

Wasn't 100 that's for sure, gonna try see if I can shoot a similar group at 100, 50 seems too close to count as anything. I'd be happy to shoot an inch group at 100.

I use my 22s for hunting and most of the shots are 25yds or slightly more. Even my CZ452 is only sighted in for a touch over 25yds even though I am shooting CCI Minimags out of it. CCI wants it zeroed to 100yds but that is not practical. Depends on what you want to do with it. I have shot my CZ at 100m successfully but thats not what I got it for. I have ordered a 10shot mag for it though. Where there is lots of game I run out of ammo too fast. More range time in the near future.

I don't have an old one, but I had to try a bunch of ammo before I was getting results like that. Mine likes CCI Std velocity and Eley Sport. one single ragged hole if I do my part.
