So i recently inherited quite a bit of old 30-06 ammo.

Dominion Sabre tip in 150 and 180gr
Western super x silvertip in 150, 180, and 220gr
Winchester super speed silvertip 150gr
220 rounds in total.

Most of the brass is dull and tarnished looking, but otherwise they all look in good shape. After looking over each cartridge I noticed that theres one box where I couldn't hear the powder move inside the case when i gave the bullets a shake. Is this a cause for concern and should I avoid shooting this particular box of bullets?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Like yomomma said, shoot it & enjoy it.

Just segregate the loads by weight & even then the different brands bullet shapes may not shoot to the same point of impact.

And DO NOT just blow off that SilverTip ammo at paper. Save that stuff for game, especially the 180 & 220 gr stuff. Except if you're hunting the northern part of your island, then take along some of that 220 gr stuff for bear protection.

My $0.02 FWIW.

Weigh them and compare with the others if they are duplicates.
Or knock a bullet out of one and see if indeed there is powder inside the case?

You're joking right? Or have you fallen for a certain big game guide's propaganda that all bears on northern Vancouver island are giant fire-breathing tire biting, truck eating sabre-toothed man eaters? They are scaredy bears the same as everywhere else, mostly small to medium sized and for the record, starting in 1976 I shot many of them with a 243. The hardest thing about shooting bears on Vancouver Island is getting them to stop running away from you long enough to get a shot.

It would be unusual for commercial ammo to have a compressed load.

I would pull one bullet and dump the powder. If it is a solid lump, I would not trust it. If you have to poke it with a small screwdriver to come out, and it comes out as powder, it is good to go.
