I have been sorting through my hunting and shooting stuff lately and pulled out this gem.
It’s an old Crossman single action #6. They were made in Dunnville Ontario Canada between 1959 and 1969.

It was given to me when I was a kid, probably 35 years ago by a friend of my dad’s. It’s in rough shape. Cosmetically. I believe it’s a .22 pellet.

I have thought about getting rid of it over the years but have never done anything with it. I saw a restoration video recently on one and it was pretty nice all fixed up.

Any idea what these old pellet revolvers are worth?

Should I keep it and restore it or let it find a new home?

Decent YouTube video on it

I doubt that it has any great monetary value. Sentimental value to you?
Does it function correctly, hold gas?
If you wanted to refurbish it, it could be disassembled, the metal prepped, and sprayed with one of the modern coatings. Probably better, more durable finish than original. Would look really good.
If you've researched the videos, you are aware of what is involved in dis- and re-assembling one of these.

The disassembly and assembly doesn’t look bad. I’m not sure if the seals would be hard to get or if it’s mostly generic o-rings etc.
I do think it would be neat all redone but not sure if I want to put the time into it.

I wasn’t sure if there would be collector value based on its age and the fact it was made in Canada. Apparently being made in Canada makes them few and far between. Not really sure.
