Top right hand corner. Just above the blue bar, You'll see these options with a down arrow ( You thread for example )

Thread Tools V Search Thread V

So in the Reloading Recipes sub forum, the Search Thread is replaced with Search Forum. So just click that and put 7.62x39

Search thread is just within that thread. Search forum, is the whole sub forum. Narrowing it down.
