Old Mossberg sling swivels

I have an old Mossberg 22 model 146B-A that was my wifes grandfathers. I am trying to find the proper sling swivels for it as I want to keep it origional for her. They are twist in style and pretty sure that they look just like this:

Does anyone know or have an idea where I can find a set?

I cant get your link to work. But when I do look under Mossberg 146B-A front and rear swivels it says they are sold out
