Stumpulled into one and was impressed with the clarity of the lenses.
3x9-40.
Multi X + hares.
Not sure the vintage, but I would guess 60's maybe touching the 70's
Clear like a nice old Leupold.

What do these things fetch furr peso$?

Dint arff nuff cents to take some photos awf'err.

Ya, the old steel tube Redfields are a nice scope for sure. I've had alot of them come and go.

Still have a few here, one with a post and another with a target dot in the center as well.

They usually fetch $150 maybe $200 if it's a Lo Pro.

Old weavers and redfields internally fog much worse then bushnell or Leupold scopes from the same era. Something to do with the internal lubrication breaking down and depositing on the lenses. Some scopes are worse then others. I’ve seen enough nice minty redfields that are cloudy.

I have one Redfield widefield 3-9x40 and it is a clear scope! The adjustments are not 1/4 moa but 1/2 moa just so you know( it usually sais so inside one of the turret cover!
