Old scope and mount

I scored a Lyman Alaskan "mid production" 2.5 power scope with an ECHO ring/base 2 piece setup. The bottom part is a "2DC".

Not sure what the bottom base part fits, but I did find a pic one one similar on an old 99 Savage.

Anybody have some good info on these items?
