Does anyone "play" with the old scopes?

I have a 20x Lyman SuperTarget Spot on a small Remington Rolling Block in .17 HMR, The setup lokks good and it shoots great. I must admit that 20x is a bit much for the 17 in the field but its what I have.

I also have a 32x Unertl on a small Martini converted to .22 Match. Shoots great and under the right conditions you can see the bullet fly down range.

I have a couple of other Unertl's that I am saving for future projects (I have a Ruger #1 with a shot out barrel that is just crying out for a new barrel (and a Unertl scope) but what?). Also have a .17 Ackely Bee in the works on a Stevens 44 action and a "old" style 10x Unertl BUT waiting on the gunsmith.

Here's one that I like to " play" with occasionally. A Redfield 3200 20x target scope mounted on a Savage 112V "Series J" single shot in .220 Swift.

The olderRedfields are "neat" scopes. The one on your rifle is a transition scope, going from the external adjustment long scopes to the internal adjustment long scopes.

I have a Unertl BV (Benchrest Varmint) 20x in almost the sme catagorey.

When I get my hands on a didgital camera I will post some pics.
