I recently picked up an old Winchester model 1894 in 30 WCF and although the Rifle appears to have seen very little use because the condition is unreal but not refinished , she sports a 26 " barrel and mag. holds nine rounds
numbers start 360### , The metal has a brownish look to it ,there is scratch on the right of the forestock and a small split on the left top corner of the forestock where the metal cone fits over the end other then that this thing is unreal for condition, I have never been a Winchester fan so i know very little about these old crowbars and will at some point in the near future list it for sale , here is my question it looks to me that the front and rear sight has to much of a modern look to it so i will assume that they been changed for what ever reason, Does this take away from the value ?? and what is the value ??
