Hello CGN. Over the last year or so I acquired 2 older Simmons scopes, I don't know why I bought them other than because, and that they were both cheep in price and virtually brand new in box looking except no box, no ring marks, no blemishes what so ever. I don't even have any firearms around to put them on, that is to say all my guns have glass on them already. So the first one is a Prohunter 3x9x44WA with fully coated optics, model 7780 made in the Philippines, and the other is also a Prohunter 3x9x40WA with coated optics , model 7712, made in the Philippines as well.
Are these scopes any good? I know new Simmons scopes are kind of junky and made in China, but mine are made in the Philippines so will that make them a better quality scope, I will say that they feel like good quality in my hands but I'm not a expert.
So if you have any info good or bad as to these scopes I would like to know, hey I know they aren't Leupolds.

Thanks RGH
