Older Speedmaster semi

[Wrong Way]

Hey guys. I'm helping an old fella clear out his gun collection, and this ones got me stumped...it's an old (pre-serial #) Remington Speedmaster tube fed semi. The metal is decent, the woods got some marks....lets say overall condition at 6-7/10. Anybody have a rough idea or spread on what this gun is worth?

The 2003 BB of gun values has the 552A speedmaster rated at $160 to $65 US. This seems a bit low. This model has a 3/8 dovetail if I recall?------Cowboy

Used 552 Speedmasters can easily go in the $200+ territory if they function fine and aren't too badly blemished.......though for some reason the 550 and 550-1's command less respect/price in the market........
