Older Tasco world class

I'm currently looking at an older world-class 8-32x made in Japan. Has an 1/8moa dot and target turrets. Are these a decent scope? I would be getting into the rimfire silhouette game with it, so would need to be precisely a repeatedly dialed in about 7 MOA back an forth during a match. Low-light performance is somewhat secondary. An approximate value would be great.
Any input is appriciated.

grantmac, those scopes are of decent quality, the ones made in japan are better than the china ones by far! if you are putting it on a rimfire it will hold up, but i wouldnt be putting it on something that has alot of recoil!
