Hi everyone,

I've owned at least 4 different NP22 pistols over the years that I can remember, (as well as a NP34 and at least 5 SIGs too), and I have enjoyed them all immensely but they have all been slightly different.

If I remember correctly, the older models didn't have the accessory rail. Does anyone know if they made the two-tone version without the rail?

And did the old ones have a round trigger guard too (as opposed to the square-ish ones)?

I keep buying these guns because they fit my hand like they were molded for it and are reliable as the day is long, and I keep selling them because the reversed respective positions of the safety and slide release relative to every other semi I own eventually gets the better of me. That and I know I can typically sell them for pretty much what I paid for them on the EE, and I can always find another one when I get a hankering again.

So all that said, I've got a hankering for a two-tone without a rail. Are any out there? Anyone know where to find one? Got any pictures?

Thanks for looking!

Well, 48 hours and no replies. Anyone, anyone...Bueller?

I know I'm not (totally) crazy, the early NP22s did not have a rail:

And after some googling it looks like only the NP34 had a round trigger guard, but I don't know if those ever made it to Canada:

Anyway, my original question stands, does anyone know if rail-less two-tone NP22s were made and / or sold in Canada?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
