Ill fire off emails to see if anyone can ship to Canada. I was hoping to buy one in country. Ive had bad luck with mail order lately.

Those are the Turner Saddlery "biothane" slings. Can't comment first hand on their quality, but all I've ever heard of them is good. I did once have a leather NM sling from Turner and if they're constructed like the biothane ones (aside from the actual sling material), then you should be quite happy with one...

Hoping to get a reply from a few US vendors if they will ship to Canada. Ive heard that Biothane is Good, regardless Im after the Green finish as Ive had these slings in past. Leather is good, and they are even better when they are broken in....

OD sling

I have a Turner leather 1907 sling and I'll be buying another one. It is tremendous and the biothane ones would be just as good. I've called Gunny Turner several times in Alabama and he is happy to ship to Canada. He is a first-class Southern gentleman.

Another way to go is the Tactical Intervention M24 sling.

Yes it would...;) But there's something about the look of a 1907 style sling on a classic rifle. If you're partial to the leather ones, don't overlook Les Tam's slings (out of Hawaii). They are built "tank tough" and he's also excellent to deal with.

BTW, when you buy a Les Tam sling, he'll ask for some measurements as he builds the slings to suit the individual - so it'll be custom fit to you.

.... I'll second the "Les Tam" recommendation ! I just picked up one of his leather NM 1907 slings . Top quality leather, built very, very solidly! Maybe he could custom make the color you want ? The 1907 slings he does make, apart from the "replica" versions, are custom made, as he only does it as a sideline/hobby. More expensive than the Turner Saddlery versions. Nice guy and gets back to you really quickly ! .... David K. (PS I got the NM in brown, with brass hooks, riveted for strength, and it looks really good on one of my SMLE No.3s )
