I’ve got one coming as a parts gun with no bolt. Maybe taken out when stored? Is there a source for bolt and fitting in Canada? Anyone still working on these? The price was too good to pass up, even if I never get it shooting.

There are a few gunsmiths who work on them , parts can be scarce though.
I own two and my son ones one as well.
Most owners rebarrel with an adapter .
The triggers can be adjusted very well, most times they had Central sights on them.
Keith Cunningham and Jim Dugan are two gunsmiths that immediately come toind as far as knowing their way around a Sportco.

TSE engineering out of Australia can fix you up with just about anything you want. Barrel adapters, first class barrels, etc.

I will second that!

I have a 44C - medium weight barrel - top wood - central sights and 44D - heavy barrel - and central sights

Both are mint condition.

I used to shoot Sportco's back in my Ontario Rifle Association days.

They where solid great shooters.

Picked these two up years later.

If you search around, there are lots of parts in Australia.
