Its a rifle. If it was a pistol, by Canadian law it would be prohibited. The cz91s is a restricted rifle.

First off CSA 380 autos are not out for sale yet. Second these CZ versions are rare as hell now and yes the 9mm skorp was a custom made 1 off.

There was only 1 For Sale from Arnies Guns which I just happened to be scrolling thru late last night after a few cold ones.
Saw it, saw the price and couldn't believe it. Still a couple more hundred then the CSA ones out now so pulled the plastic it and bought it.
Crappy thing is I didn't save the pic off their sight before i bought it cuz now the ad is gone.

9mm is about the upper limit for simple blow-back designs. However, using Advanced Primer Ignition (API) Blowback (also know as open-bolt blowback) one can make very powerful weapons without a great deal of weight.
