It is a good deal, the new plus series is just entering the market in the US and Europe so soon here as well.
The only real advantage to the plus is that it brings back the original easy barrel swap option so if you that's something that a guy might want well then better to wait and pay an extre 400.00 plus bucks, excuse the pun.

Sort of like the Ruger American's, I didn't realize there was an insert but it makes more sense then two different stocks.
Are the inserts easy to source and how much are they?

Thanks, didn't know that was a thing either..... I guess it's worth a try if you already have one and in theory should work.

CZ should sell the rather expensive trail model with both magwells included in the box. It would help justify the close to $1500 price for the worst shooting (2moa guaranty) but kind of cool looking plastic gun in the 600 lineup.

Edit, just did a quick search and it looks like it's a $4.00 part from CZ USA........ put it in the box already!

Tell them to put it in the box already and jack the price up another $100.00 !

Actually a price reduction and the extra piece of plastic in the box would be a way better move.... :)

Just received my rifle from Rangeview - FYI this 7.62x39 version is threaded 5/8x24 which is excellent, not metric euro thread spec.

It's amazing. So light, a bit of give on the stock since it's PDW style, but I knew that going in. The fit and finish is awesome. The ergo is very nice. Looking forward to the next range day to test ammo and accuracy.

The magpul MP5 handguard fits on top of the front rail like a glove.
