I had the chance to deal with MDT a couple months ago when I purchased my MDT skeleton stock, and was impressed by how quickly and professionally they answered in details to my multiples questions, since I was installing the stock on a competitor chassis, so I wanted to confirm the compatibility and make sure the FDE would not be too far off. Also, it was shipped and received very quickly.
Last night at 3am, just before going to sleep, I purchased a LSS chassis along with other parts, and to my surprise, when I woke up I had already received the shipping notification email, talk about effectiveness!
I also had a problem with the mini buffer tube of my skeleton stock (totally my fault, not a faulty product!), and I contacted the technical support, and Geno Joy took care of the issue and answered quickly to my questions (no more than 5-10 minutes between communications!), and offered to send me a replacement tube free of charge! WOW!
I've rarely experienced such a high level of customer service, especially in the firearm industry, and I think it's important to mention it, and many business should learn from them.
Also, with the quality of the skeleton stock I currently have on my .308, I have no doubt that the LSS will be a fantastic addition to my little .223!
