Once fired Hulls From the US

There may be a place or two out there that said Shotgun shell parts were exempt and they would ship. I'll see if I can find the company info/site. Don't take my word for it though I am not a Lawyer.
 
Hi:
I still have two brothers living in the US so I can buy from any supplier down there and have it shipepd to them.My issue is I don't want them to get into any trouble re-shipping it to me. I cannot seem to find out anything, would this be a question for canada customs??? The 1st call I made to them they were not aware what hulls were.

I am not sure about that. I buy all of my wads out of the US no issue, just got 10,000 yesterday in fact because they are not available in canada. Can also get steel shot no problem if I pay the crazy shipping as well as buffer, felt spacers and over shot cards all ammo components.
A hull once fired should be no different should it. So far I cannot get the answer but have some calls in.

Thanks for the link. You answered the question before you removed your post. Shotgun shells are exempt. I figured it had to be since I am not buying my wads etc from fly by night companies that would break laws.

(b) Components, parts, accessories, and attachments for articles in paragraph (a) of this category, including but not limited to cartridge cases, powder bags, bullets, jackets, cores, shells (excluding shotgun shells), projectiles, boosters, fuzes and components therefor, primers, and other detonating devices for such ammunition. (See § 121.6.)

(c) Ammunition belting and linking machines.
 
I'm not sure how current that link is...that's why I removed it.

I have the latest volume of the munitions list at work...I'll check and see if the hulls are still exempt.

It changes on a regular basis...
