One eye high or low hold for trap?

question for the one eye trap shooters, do you hold high or low house? ya i know i should shoot two eye but that is not the question so please just the one eyes respond.

ive had good results holding low but have recently found that a high hold in good lighting conditions reduces my reaction time. what do you use?

A high gun hold is great, almost like cheating. You have a much smaller move to the target. Problem is that when the target comes out and you don't see it because the barrel is blocking your view you will almost always miss it.

I always hold a low gun for singles and handicap, period.

for me, it's one eye, hold low, on top of the house.

What they said. You can't see "through" the barrel, so hold low. You must see the target before you can hit it.
