That is part of the hyper drive! It's missing a curved piece of micro phallop, that goes between the third and fourth stages.

It reminds me of some bolt. I was thinking Winchester. But I've never seen that particular bolt that I remember. If indeed it is related to a bolt.

Top one is a bottle opener for early Polish beer bottles.

Bottom one is an extended front sight that replaces the front band on a 98 Mauser. This is the proper one for people who want to zero their Mauser at 100 yards. It is also UPSIDE DOWN in the photograph.
