Online application status issue

I got my PAL in May of 2010, and 3 weeks ago I sent in my application for an RPAL. So I went on the site to check my application status and the only status it shows is that my PAL had been processed and issued, but that is almost a year old. Does anyone know why it wouldnt have the status of my RPAL application? Thanks
 
Maybe it hasn't been entered into the system yet. Also, Canada Post has really been dragging their butts lately.

You could always phone.
 
Thanks for replying. Say it isnt entered into the system yet, does that mean they havnt even looked at my application yet? Or does it just take some time to put the information into thje system? I will give it till friday and then I will call. Thanks

I really have no idea how they enter things. Best bet is the phone call.
