I highly recommend Shooters Choice in Kitchener, ON (https://shooterschoice.com/). They are a sponsoring business member here.
I was at their shop yesterday and they had a very full display of black powder accessories. They will order in any item you require if its not in stock. Very helpful staff... have purchased most of my muzzle loader muskets and rifles either from them, or Marstar.
Ordering firearms related items from the USA has become more problematic as of late, mainly with CBSA.

You should indicate your location. Sometimes local suppliers you're not aware of have what you need. One of our local Canadian Tire stores actually has a fair bit of black powder stuff.
Try the Canadian Tire store on Fourth Ave. in St. Catharines. They have a display cabinet with quite a bit of black powder stuff. They also have a few black powder rifles left in the gun racks.
