can i order online? i realy hate using the snail mail. i have had one of your norc 1911 gov used. i loved it soldit now want one in 9mm. but when i tried to order it said i had to print out a form and mail it to you guys?

You can email the order in. I am pretty sure you can fill in that form on your computer, then save it with the items you want filled in as well as all your details, then attach it to your email to the sales department. I also suggest you send and email or PM to Johnone (on the site here) who works for Marstar so he can make sure it is taken care of.

Email isn't encrypted. Don't send sensitive information by email (like PAL and credit card numbers). I fax my order forms to Marstar.

I suggest you only order by phone. There is a long lag time with email orders. The items you want could very well be sold out, by the time your order is handled.

There must have been some misunderstanding here....
We accept orders by phone, fax, e mail, and even snail mail....
If it is for an item not in stock, we recommend you put through an e mail so that you can be assured of being notified when said item arrives....
