online retailers in canada for SW 686 grips?

I've bought a half dozen or so sets of Ahrends revolver grips from D&J Gun Repair. They're not in Canada (they're in Virginia, actually), but ship here with no fuss (and quick, too!)

What don't you like about the stock ones?

Just curious as I too own a 686 and always assumed a grip is a grip.

But a chance to spend money on a gun is always worth pursuing.

I can't speak for Goozyman but I really did not like the factory grips on my mid-eighties vintage 686. Too thick at the bottom, too narrow at the top, checkering that was too sharp but still did not help provide a firm grip, and coated with glossy slippery varnish. I don't know if newer ones are better or not, but I found that Ahrends grips provide the classic look of factory target grips but with a much improved shape and finish.
