Ontario big game calibre restrictions HELP!

I seem to remember that previous versions of the Ontario Hunting Regs made specific reference that .22 centerfire cartridges (i.e. 22-250, 222 etc.) were not allowed to be used for big game hunting.

I haven't been able to find the reference in the current regs however...Does anyone know where in the text it's "hidden", or if the regs have changed lately? Thanks.

the current regulation is only a summary. in other words it only tell us a bit of the total info.go to page 3 and check out the column on the right hand side

The regs have only ever specified that 22 rimfire can not be used for large game. 22 centerfires have always been allowed, although not a great choice in my oppinion.
