Just back in from my first day out this season - deer (gun season). Got one button buck -- will be back out tomorrow to try and fill my second tag.

How is everybody else doing?

got 3 last week, two bucks at the same time on Tues. and a doe fawn on Fri. One of the bucks is a 240 lb masher with a huge rack.

Went out 3 times last week with CdnGunner and 4 other guys. We got 3 on Monday and 2 on Saturday. CdnGunner got a big buck. He has limited access right now so I will post a pic of his buck for him soon.

I heard from Dumbdawg & Fogducker yesterday ( Tues) and they got themselves a nice doe. They will be heading out today to get the "Big Buck" !

There were 14 of us hunting last week and we shot 7 deer (3 does but all were quite large). On the first day I missed a huge buck at 50 feet in thick bush but I'm not the only one. We had a lot of misses for the group.
