Ontario Hunters - Govt survey - Animal Cruelty Legislation

Done. In the comments fields, I specifically stated that a) charges should only be laid by the Crown, and b) hunting and fishing be specifically exempted from legislation, except if an individual is intentionally maiming or harming animals, but that the vast majority of hunters and fishermen go to extreme lengths to ensure animals are humanely captured and harvested.

Started with a lady in Lyndhurst, OSPCA decided she needed to take her dog to a dentist. They entered her home, through a window, while she was in the home. She was of limited resources. She lost her animals and the court case, but, her case triggered another lawyer in Perth, to contest the OSPCA having police powers but no oversight. It went to Prov Supreme court, govt lost. OSPCA powers were revoked, and the On govt was given a timeline to change the cruelty enforcement.
 
The scary part is these clowns lobbied for years to get these powers and the government finally caved in.

We have some do-gooders local here, Friends of the Salmon River and Friends of the Napanee River that want unreasonable new bylaws on shoreline management created so they can patrol the rivers in their kayaks and report things that they don’t like. Similar to the OSPCA
 
Done, who ever is mandated to investigate any domestic animal abuses should be required to abide by the same search and seizure powers and laws that are currently required in any criminal matter... and NO more.

Seems a common trait amongst Liberals is to legislate our freedoms away. Much blood was shed for our freedoms, and we should continue to oppose all forms of tyranny.
 
Every one of those NGO's need to be eradicated. Every time one of those entities get even a small amount of authority,they go total NAZI,drunk with power and citizens rights get trampled. That's completely unacceptable in a free and democratic society. They need to be charged with abuse of authority,arrested,charged and jailed.
