Wanted to write this while I am still p'ssed off. The on line application system has to be the worst. It's hard to navigate and buying the licence plus applying for the draw are two completely separate processes. :mad:How hard could it be to have three obvious steps - buy license + apply for draw + check out. The links / steps to proceed are buried in all the other pdfs and BS. A freind used the phone - said it worked more like the old days - I would recommend that over online.

with the online application, it's best not to checkout, if you select contiue shopping then hit draw selection ( either moose or deer) you won't have to re entre.
It was a little confusing initially but a breeze after the first attempt. Also it's available 24 hours a day and no busy signal to contend with.
 
After my online card renewal ordeal I won't be doing anything online,they charged my visa but had no record of me paying took 3 months to get a refund and many visits to there office to actually get my new outdoor card.I will stick to doing it over the phone or in person
