Ontario MNR Phone Numbers NOT WORKING

So I entered the antlerless draw for 57 and 58 in Ontario well before the dedline. All the rest of my buddies have gotten their tags issued but my tag is still marked as "Pending" online. I have tried calling both 1-800 numbers but I get the recorded message stating that "the number I am calling is not available" for both numbers. Toll-free: 1-800-387-7011 or 1-800-667-1940. This usaually means that the number is no longer hooked up.

Does anyone know how to get ahold of the MNR to see why my tags are sitting in limbo?

just changed for me in the last hour. I checked this morning to print it and still had "pending", just checked again and I printed it just a few minutes ago.
maybe check again?

I had the same trouble this morning, I just kept trying the two numbers and after about 8 times it finally went through. About a 35 minute wait, but they were very helpful!
