Ontario Moose draw coming in!!!

Got my cow tag, 21A, two days ago. I have gotten an individual cow tag five years in a row for 21A. I live up here just above 21A, perhaps that has something to do with it.

I got a bull tag. It's my third year going for moose. Hopefully I see one because my group got skunked two years in a row.

Myself and my son hunt together and we've never applied as a group between ourselves or with anyone else . Last year he applied as an individual for a bull tag in 15B and got it . This year I did the exact same thing and my bull tag arrived on Thursday . This isn't 2 years in a row , it's now 3 . Two years ago my wife applied as an individual for a bull tag in 15B and got it . By next year my daughter-in-law will have completed the hunters safety training and we then will apply as a group for the first time , myself , my son , his wife and my wife and we'll get another bull tag for 15B . We saw 16 moose during 8 days of hunting last year . This is for the firearms seasons , not archery . Last fall my son dropped a bull and I dropped a calf . This year I get the bull and he gets the calf . It doesn't really matter all that much to us because in the future some year if we only get calf tags , we'll shoot calves . Of the 16 moose we saw last fall 6 were calves . Rack 'em up .

Some of these posts make me glad I kept the $60 in my wallet this year...no more moose hunts for me, in Ontario anyway.
