Ontario Moose Hunting - WMU 23 ???

Hi there,

Anyone ever hunt WMU 23?

We're considering it this year. We have hunted a variety of units around there, but never IN that unit.
As well, I'm told there is only one access road from Kap to get in there.

At any rate, any info or recommendations would be really appreciated.

It's been more than a few years since I've been hunting in that WMU. We didn't see a Moose,but,upland game,Black Bear and fishing was fantastic. Check for tag availability and outfitters if you like that style of hunting. It's a beautiful area.
