Ontario Sporting Club Locations

I've done the same search and there's not many sporting clays courses in Ontario. Closest for you is the Galt Sportsman's Club. Next is probably the Oshawa Skeet and Gun Club - both clubs have very nice, fully automated sporting clays courses and host a few NSCA registered events each season. Uxbridge apparently has a SC course as well, but I've never been there - their website describes it as "self pull" but don't know if that means manual traps or not. We have a small 50 bird SC course here in Kingston, but it's all manual traps and there is no trap boy this year so it seldom operates. Once you cross into the US there are more options, if you're willing to drive or want to plan a SC vacation and hit a few different clubs.

Is this an organization you have to pay to affiliate with? That may be part of the issue. I know Sydenham and Blue Ridge offer Sporting Clays.
The 2018 CNSCA Shot Book lists 3, Oshawa, Galt and Lake of the Woods. A Google search only turns up Uxbridge as one more however there is no doubt more. There is no cost for clubs to be affiliated with CNSCA however if a club chooses not to provide contact info to CNSCA, they are not likely listed in the shoot book or on the web site.
You might want to consider a SC vacation to Western Canada. Alberta provincials will be held Aug 18 & 19 in Silver Willow near Calgary. Following weekend will be a 3 day event in Valleyview, AB about 4 hours north of Edmonton. Following that event, take a drive thru Jasper, Banff and Kootenay national parks ending up in Radium Hot Springs, BC for the BC Provincials Aug 30 to Sep 2. AB Provincials normally has out of province and hunter classes as part of the Provincials. Radium is hosting a 4 day shoot and will have out of province, hunter class and class options for those who are not BC residents as well as a Ladies Team Competition on Aug 31 and a couple of 5-stand venues.
These 3 clubs likely have upward of 50 automated trap machines each and have good facilities to host a decent sized competition, at least by Canadian standards.

There are quite a few clubs in SW Ontario throwing sporting clays targets. The ones that I know of are Oxford Sportsman's Club (south of Ingersoll), Otter Valley Rod & Gun (south of Tillsonburg), Twin Cities Rifle Club (west of New Hamburg) and there are more, but I don't know where they are because I shoot mainly trap.
The folks that shoot sporting will know of the other clubs around.

You could come to the longest running sporting clay shoot in Canada. We are celebrating our 20th anniversary Canadian open Sporting Clay Championship at the Oshawa Skeet & Gun Club. We will Have vendors and gun dealers there with a lot of side games for you to participate in. Come out on July 6,7 & 8 2018 we will show you a good time.
Someone else mentioned Sydenham (they run regular shoots, some with prizes and some with practice) and Port Elgin Sportsmen's Club shoots sporting clays as well. Huron Fish and Game shoots on sundays.
Delaware international trap and skeet is involved in a regular league but I'm not too familiar with it and they put on sporting clays once in awhile that they advertise.
I have heard alot of people complain that ontario doesn't have alot of sporting clays, frankly my big gripe is that they clubs running the shoots don't speak too each other and plan together. Wilmot and Twin Cities run theirs on the same days which is annoying when they are 10 minutes away from each other. I get the NSCA registered shoots will get a different crowd and the non registered shoots can go ahead and schedule at the same time, but competing non registered is frustrating as a shoot who has to make a choice where to spend my money.

It looks like the closest club to you that runs sporting clays is Port Elgin. If you want more info on Sydenham Sportmen's Association Sporting clays send me a PM and I will add you to our email list. We have a shoot this coming Sunday July 8th if you are interested. Our course is all Promatic automated traps, so no throwing targets yourself ( unless you consider pushing a button throwing your own targets)

this is so true and there is no place where a shooter can find where the courses are....took me 20yrs of hearsay to find many mentioned here....many are small and have poor hours...but others like galt and oshawa are pretty good...Galt probably has the biggest and best SC setup in Ontario...Twin Cities can be fun.
