Ontario Taxidermists

Hey folks, it’s still a while until hunting season and I’ve never had anything worthy of the cost of mounting but when the time comes I’d like to have some good recommendations.

I will be out and about quite a bit over the summer so what better time to stop by and meet people to see their work. Any go to recommendations for big game taxidermy in south western or central Ontario? It definitely takes a level of trust for a trophy worthy of mounting

If you're in Eastern Ontario, Don MacArthur of Whitetail Taxidermy does amazing work. He fixed up one of my mounts that got damaged in a move and just finished a full shoulder mount on a nice rack my grandfather got back in the day. Going to make the trip to pick it up very soon.

I can vouch for Don at Whitetail Taxidermy—does excellent work.
He gets a lot of his driftwood for his diorama’s from my front yard.
