Ontario Turkey DVD

I bought the Turkey DVD a few years ago hoping to challenge the test.

I seem to have misplaced the DVD (but still have the receipt needed to write the test)

Does anyone know of a spot where I can snag just the DVD without having to buy the whole damn thing over again?
Perhaps watch online?

Yes, if they haven't changed the test much since I did it (damn almost 20 years ago now) had questions like:

You shouldn't walk in the woods with your Turkey Decoys clearly visible because:

1) you don't want other hunters to know what brand works

2) you don't want the Turkeys to know you are using decoys

3) your decoys might get damaged

4) another hunter might mistake your decoys for real turkeys and shoot at you
