Op Rod Alignment & Guide Peening

Hey guys,

My Op rod is slightly out of alignment with the gas piston and the op rod guide is also loose. I've read general posts about peening and Loctite to fix the loosness of the guide but I'am having trouble finding specifics on the exact process and location to peen. Can someone shed some light on this for me?

Remove roll pin from op rod spring guide and then remove the guide .Use a hammer and center punch to make some dimples in the barrel where the guide sits. Use some perm loctite and then replace the guide and roll pin.
