Op Rod Spring

I bought a nice new one piece round Op Rod spring guide from Marstar. After reading many threads it seems changing out the Norinco Op Rod spring for a new one is advised. Where might I buy a new suitable spring? Are their any Canadian suppliers? Is there a prefered style and make? Silicone treated?
