Opinion Needed - Ithaca M37 8 Shot with Bayonet?

So I've not been getting enough sleep over the last few weeks and I started to think about a potential project.

What would an 8 shot Ithaca M37 look like with a long enough barrel and an 1917 bayonet? Photoshop guru needed please!

Should I do it?

To give an idea, I'm thinking of something more along the lines of an 8 shot trench gun -> regular looking trench gun but with 8 shots.
I could machine an original looking slip fit bayo attachment quite easily.

Any chance of finding an 8-shot tube for the original "slam-fire" Ithaca's ?....

I think they all use the same tube.

I'll be using the old models, not the new.
I'll also be machining the old school barrel only mount for the 1917 bayonet.
I'm just not sure how weird it would look with an 8 round mag...
