I have a few of these, with different light pipes to interchange. They are rudamentary magnetic sights. They work well, but can be distracting for wingshooting. They are not durable at all, just plastic sitting in plastic.
Consider the Easy Hit sights by Champion, they permanently mount to the rib by adhesive, and they are very well designed. Google them,
I no longer my magnetic sights, more of a novelty I purchased at the time. I didn't notice a difference in my wingshooting before or after installing them.
