Looking at purchasing this upper, any opinions on this appreciated.

Upper is forged with the DIEMACO stamp. This is Colt's division in Canada. Diemaco, now known as Colt Canada, began producing rifles for the Canadian Military in 1982.
The upper receiver features the stylized “D” used by Diemaco and a splintered “A” signifying the upper was forged by Anchor Harvey forge. The Colt 20" HBAR 1:9 Colt "C" stamped bolt and charging handle are included
