opinions on leupold mark ar for my 30-06 tikka

i`ve actually never owned a leupold(have bushnell, burris, redfield) so i just wanted to make sure this particular scope will work for my rifle without any hiccups...and i do like the fact that i can order a custom turret for my particular caliber and cartridge
 
I have 3x9 and a 4x12 mark ar scopes mounted on a pair of Rem M-7 7mmSAUM rifles, They are working well.

I think you are confusing CDS turrents with AR turrents, they are not interchangeable.
 
on my turret it reads .223 55grain 3100fps....the local shop told me for around $80 leupold will custom make me one as long as i provide the ballistic coefficient for what i`m doing....i dont know if it makes a difference but i have the one with the mil-dot reticle
