It's new rifle time, and I was in a lgs the other day and came across one of these used with rings for $550. It seemed like a good deal. I wasn't really looking for a bolt gun just yet, everything I own is a semi with the exception of a cooey 82 with a hair trigger, but it has got me thinking. I would have preferred one in.308 but I thought this might be a better rifle to get into precision shooting. I'm in southern Ontario so I could hunt with it. Silver Dale is my local range so it would be perfect for those distances. Anything to watch out for with these? Suggestions for glass(1-300 range)
