Opinions on scopes

So I am a newbie looking for advice on scopes.

This is for my KelTec su 16 or my T97. So out of the three below what is the biggest bang for the buck. Is the vortex worth the exta money. Any one used the Venom or millet?

I'm selling my Lucid HD7 red dot w/ 2x mag. Works great for tactical and gopher shooting.

Some companies want higher margins. I saved over $200 on my Sightron after shipping and taxes! Saved $75 on rings too!
 
For my su16, I contemplated some of those options among others like the burris ar 332 and 335, but ended up going with a leupold vx2 1-4x20.

The price of the millett seemed a little high to me, and I came to find I don't like 1 or 2x red dot's, once the leupy arrived and I got to play around with it and actually look thru it I sort of fell in love, it's light, crisp, and fit's with the compact size of the rifle and doesn't require a chin weld like the burris ar332 probably would ( why does it look so tall ?)
