Opinions on SigPro2022

The SigPros were a big plus for sig in the past years, but they are less liked now, they seem to have a tendency to brake at some point, but these are just bad reviews between good reviews.
The fact that Sig has always been an alloy/steel pistol maker, I wouldn't buy a polymer Sig, but it's just me.
If you like it, the way it feels (the grip looks strange)in your hand, buy it, never look back.
It's a Sig, if you like it, buy it, it's a very good pistol.

It's more similar to the 226 than it is the 228/9. The grip (even the small one) gives a long reach to the trigger, and the circumference is fairly large. Given that they were the subject of the largest Law Enforcement purchase in history the prices are pretty good. As far as the quality goes, it's a Sig, if there had been major issues the French Gendarmes would have found it and Sig would have fixed it.

my 2022 is great.. I had the extractor replaced a little while ago. ($30 at TSE)

Feels great, shoots great. Since the extractor swap i have put 3000+ through it with zero issues. The only complaint i hear about it, is the trigger.

Don't let the polymer haters deter you, this is a quality pistol, no doubt about it.

Also, it is very similar to the 226, most 226 holsters will fit it.
