I see what you mean! Two part barrel! Looks like something that could be dealt with. I'll see what Dlask is willing to do about it.
Thanks for pics! Much appreciated! It's a kick in the teeth, when you pay a premium price for what you expect is a premium product.
What do you think is a problem? The chamfer feed ramp? The line where the barrel mouth butts up against the barrel extension? So I just picked up this brand spanking new shotgun barrel, and I would like the communities opinion. I've never seen this before, have you? What say you? Take a close look at the chamber edge, where the shell rim should sit.
I had the exact same issue with one of theirs, wouldnt eject, shells got stock etc, garbageIt's a new Dlask 14"!
I've sent an email about it, the other day, but so far, no response. I understand they are busy, and they are a small outfit, so I'll try calling them next week, and hope we can work something out. I also had them thread it for chokes, so it wasn't cheap, but I figured, buy once, cry once. Thanks for the input!
Not really, the bulk of it is opening things up with a small burr in the dremel. Polishing with a felt wheel is the quick part, all in it takes 15-20 min.Wow...That's a lot of polishing Bill..lol

Bench vise is a must lol, the first one you do it’s prudent to take your time and periodically drop a shell in and take note of rim placement/position. Or put the barrel in the receiver and check how it all looks, easy after that.Nice accurate blend.
