well ive recently realised that if my rifle isnt all tacticool i just dont enjoy shooting it ..

so im going to get a stock .. and tossing up between the XLR Industries evolution .. and a Manners T4 with bottom metal ..

curious if anyone has experience with these stocks.. neither will need bedding ( manners would usually but with their BDM chassis it negates the need ) both will work out around the same price

im really just after peoples opinions/negative feedback on stock performance

I second this. No matter wht stock you get it can benifit from bedding!

both of these ( XLR and Manners w/ chassis ) are designed to not need bedding .. you probably could bed them, but its not essential

both will export to NZ .. and unfortunately both are cheaper ( even with options ) than the MDT.. which would cost me $1300 + shipping and i will still need to add furniture

might be better now.. it'll be about $0.80 at the mo .. still going to work out about $500 more expensive for me once i factor in furniture ( AR stock sets are crazy expensive here.. and importing is a real hassle )

Given your proximity to HK/China, I bet you have access to a huge range of AR stuff for dirt cheap.

There is a ton of airsoft and knockoff stuff that has flowed into NA that is really very good. Given the application in a bolt action rifle, it will work just fine.
