Optic mounted Type 81.. VIDEO UP!

Annnnnd part 2 is up

I cant wait to machine out the right hand safety; urgh!

Great job man! These quality type 81 contents are what gets me by while I wait for me in the second shipment.

Just want to ask how do you make sure the scope is perfectly aligned with the barrel when installing the mount?

I’m pretty sure there are dealers hat still have them in stock. Ready to ship.

Rl1 thread on the taccom show showed pictures from the firearms outlets booth.....looked like they had about ten sitting on a rack.

did it say you got one of the bent rifles and you did not return it?
why the hell not?
good job on ingenuity

Did not return the rifle because of 2 reasons... One, in the first phone call they said that they could not guarantee me a straight one in exchange. Two, on the second phone call they proceeded to enlighten me that my rifle was in fact not bent, and that i was looking at it wrong!?%^$ In Tactical Imports defense, in the first phone call they did offer a chance to return the rifle for a refund. But I still wanted a Type 81! I decided that I would rather have a bent Type 81, than no Type 81 at all.

Same bs they tried to feed me but I opted to send it back. I rather buy a used one that is not bent from another owner.

Your scope is sighted in at 100 so what do you do for 200?

As a stamped steel Chinese gun, they'll all be bent to a certain degree.

As for 200m impacts and beyond... Im not sure how the bullet trajectory at distances change due to the left offset natures of these scopes. Thats an interesting point.
