I use 10x42 Leica Ultravid binoculars

A 15-45 Ziess Spotting scope

Leica 1200 CRF rangefinder

And my favorite scopes are usually 2.5-8x36 Leupold Vari X III's....

Controlled Round Feed on a rangefinder??? What the heck is that for and what round needs controlled feeding on a rangefinder??? Are you sure that you are not looking through your rifle scope and not a range finder???

I use mostly 3x-9x but have a 4x-12x as well

3X - 9X used to be what I had on most of my rifles but now as my eyes are not as good as they used to be I have moved up in power and like 4.5X - 14X on any long range capable rifle.

I almost always leave it on the lowest setting and only crank it up when I have a long range shot.

My favorite scopes for years were Leupold Vari X 111 2.5X - 8X I only have one of them left and it is sitting on top of my T/C Contender Carbine in 45-70...
